Senator Ben Stevens requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                    
SENATE BILL NO. 185(FIN) be taken up. The bill was before the                                       
Senate on reconsideration.                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                      
185(FIN) "An Act providing for a reduction of royalty on certain oil                                
produced from Cook Inlet submerged land, and for a credit for certain                               
exploration expenses against oil and gas properties production taxes                                
on oil and gas produced from a lease or property in the state" pass the
